Karpathos Camps 2026

The Windsurf University Clinics return to Karpathos in 2026.

Expect perfect Meltemi winds, focused coaching, and four intensive days dedicated to pushing your windsurfing to the next level.
Karpathos is the most consistently windy island in Greece.

Paradise bay offers a variety of conditions, closer to shore it’s extremely flat and as you go further out into deeper waters, the gusts get stronger and the steep chop is perfect to start getting into your first jumps, freestyle or even forward loops for the most advanced riders.

In our clinics we cover anything from improving your stance, to planing jibes or getting into your first freestyle tricks. We will meet you where you are and with all the participants we create a friendly community where we can learn with, and motivate each other, which will help you get to the next step in your windsurfing journey.

The clinic will take place from 25th – 29th of August (we will pick 4 best wind days out of the 5 days).  

The camps are designed for intermediate to advanced windsurfers.

Minimum requirements:

• Safe waterstart
• Riding with harness and footstraps
• Ability to sail upwind

Participants are coached based on their personal skill level, ensuring focused coaching and fast progression. Coaching will be provided by Oda Johanne and/or Sarah-Quita Offringa.

Equipment

You can choose between:

• Full windsurfing rental, or
• Storage of your own equipment

Prices vary depending on the length and exact timing of your stay.

Accommodation

You can stay in the newly built Meltemi Studios, located directly behind the Meltemi Main Station in Paradise Bay, where the camps take place.

The studios are ideal for 1–2 people and include:

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Double bed or two single beds
• Bathroom
• Outdoor terrace

Airport transfers from/to Karpathos Airport are included.

• Accommodation at Meltemi Studios
• Windsurfing rental or equipment storage

• Coaching fee for the camp

Not included:

• Flight tickets
• Food
• Local accommodation tax (paid upon arrival)

With windsurfing rental: from 1 995 €
